心理护理结合人文关怀在脑肿瘤化疗患者中的应用效果

摘要
目的 探讨心理护理结合人文关怀在脑肿瘤患者中的应用效果.方法 选取2018年5月-2022年1月在医院接受化疗的脑肿瘤患者 120 例作为研究对象,根据组间基线资料均衡可比原则,采用随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组,每组各 60 例.对照组采取常规护理,观察组在对照组基础上,实施心理护理结合人文关怀,比较两组患者化疗后 1d、化疗后 1 周、出院后 1 个月的Barthel指数评分及护理满意度和并发症发生率.结果 化疗后 1d,两组患者Barthel指数差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);化疗后 1 周、出院后 1 个月,两组患者Barthel指数均升高,但观察组患者Barthel指数均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).实施心理结合人文关怀护理干预后,观察组患者并发症总发生率为 3.33%,低于对照组的 13.33%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组患者护理总满意度为96.67%,高于对照组的 85.00%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论 心理护理结合人文关怀在脑肿瘤化疗患者中的应用效果较好,可提高患者生活自理能力,提高患者护理满意度,降低并发症发生率.
Abstract
Objective To explore the application effect of psychological nursing combined with humanistic care in patients with brain tumor.Methods A total of 120 patients with brain tumor who received chemotherapy in hospital from May 2018 to January 2022 were selected as the study objects.According to the principle of balanced and comparable baseline data between groups,they were divided into control group and observation group by random number table method,with 60 cases in each group.The control group received routine nursing,and the observation group received psychological nursing combined with humanistic care on the basis of the control group.The Barthel index score,nursing satisfaction and the incidence of complications within 1 month after discharge were compared between the two groups 1 day after chemotherapy,1 week after chemotherapy and 1 month after discharge.Results One day after chemotherapy,there was no significant difference in Barthel index between the two groups(P>0.05).One week after chemotherapy and one month after discharge,Barthel index increased in both groups,but Barthel index in observation group was higher than that in control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The total incidence of complications in the observation group was 3.33%,lower than 13.33%in the control group,with statistical significance(P<0.05).The total satisfaction of nursing in the observation group was 96.67%,higher than that in the control group 85.00%,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Psychological nursing combined with humanistic care in patients with brain tumor chemotherapy has a good effect,which can improve patients'self-care ability,improve patients'nursing satisfaction and reduce the complication rate.
