摘要
目的 探讨手术室低体温护理干预对全麻恢复期患者生命体征及并发症的改善效果.方法 选取2021年11月-2023 年 1 月在医院接受治疗的全身麻醉手术患者 132 例,根据组间基线资料均衡可比的原则,将其按不同的护理方案分为两组,每组各 66 例.实施常规护理的为对照组,实施手术室低体温护理的为观察组.观察比较两组的并发症发生情况以及患者的生命体征[心率、体温、收缩压(SBP)、舒张压(DBP)、血氧饱和度(SPO2)]情况.结果 实施低体温护理的观察组患者的体温处于正常状态,而对照组偏低,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);此外相比于对照组,观察组患者的心率、SBP、DBP、SPO2 等各项生命体征指标更优,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).观察组患者的并发症发生率明显低于对照组患者,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论 对全麻手术患者实施手术室低体温护理干预有利于稳定患者各项体征,减少并发症发生.
Abstract
Objective To explore the improvement effect of hypothermia nursing intervention in the operating room on the vital signs and complications of patients during the recovery period of general anesthesia.Methods A total of 132 patients who underwent general anesthesia surgery in the hospital from November 2021 to January 2023 were selected.Based on the principle of balanced and comparable baseline data between groups,they were divided into two groups according to different nursing plans,with 66 patients in each group.The control group received routine care,while the observation group received hypothermia care in the operating room.Observe and compare the incidence of complications and the vital signs of patients(heart rate,body temperature,systolic blood pressure(SBP),diastolic blood pressure(DBP),and blood oxygen saturation(SPO2))between the two groups.Results The body temperature of the observation group patients who received hypothermia care was in a normal state,while the control group had a lower body temperature,and the difference between the groups was statistically significant(P<0.05);In addition,compared to the control group,the observation group had better vital signs such as heart rate,SBP,DBP,SPO2,etc.,and the differences between the groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of complications in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Implementing low temperature nursing intervention in the operating room for patients undergoing general anesthesia surgery is beneficial for stabilizing various physical signs and reducing the occurrence of complications.
