摘要
目的 探究以岗位胜任力为导向的儿童重症护理人才培养模式.方法 将2023年来医院进行护理临床实习的72名儿科护理实习生作为研究对象,根据组间基本特征匹配的原则,采用随机数字表法将其分为对照组与观察组,各 36 名.对照组学生采取传统临床实习生护理带教;观察组则采取以岗位胜任力为导向的儿童重症护理人才培养带教模式.观察比较各组学生实习生理论考核成绩以及实践考核成绩、出科考核成绩及干预前后各组学生职业价值观总得分变化、带教满意率.结果 观察组实习生的理论考核成绩以及实践考核成绩、出科考核成绩均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).干预后观察组实习生的职业价值观总得分及对教学方法的满意率均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论 以岗位胜任力为导向的儿童重症护理人才培养带教方法可较好提升护理实习生的各项成绩,改善其职业价值观,提升其满意率.
Abstract
Objective To explore a competency oriented training model for children's critical nursing talents.Methods A total of 72 pediatric nursing interns were included in this experimental grouping,and they were divided into control group and observation group by random number table method according to different teaching methods,with 36 participants in each group.The control group was taught by traditional clinical intern nursing,while the observation group was taught by competence-oriented training and teaching mode for children's critical nursing talents.Observe and compare the theoretical and practical assessment scores of interns in each group,the graduation assessment scores,the changes in the total score of professional values of each group before and after intervention,and the satisfaction rate of teaching.Results The theoretical assessment scores,practical assessment scores and graduation assessment scores of interns in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,and the total score of professional values and satisfaction rate after intervention were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The training and teaching method of child critical nursing talents oriented by post competence can better improve the performance of nursing interns,improve their professional values and enhance their satisfaction rate.
