摘要
急性肺损伤/急性呼吸窘迫综合征(ALI/ARDS)发病病因和机制复杂,病死率高居不下,目前尚无特效的治疗药物.最近研究发现,Wnt/β-catenin信号通路在ALI/ARDS中具有重要作用,如可减轻炎症反应及氧化应激、调节凝血和纤溶系统、调控细胞凋亡及铁死亡,从而达到减轻肺损伤的目的.深入研究Wnt/β-catenin信号通路在ALI/ARDS发病机制中的作用,可为ALI/ARDS的临床治疗提供新方向和策略.
Abstract
Acute lung injury/acute respiratory distress syndrome(ALI/ARDS)has complicated etiology and mechanism,and the mortality rate remains high.At present,there is no specific therapeutic drug.It has been found that Wnt/β-catenin signaling pathway can alleviate inflammatory reaction and oxidative stress,regulate coagulation and fibrinolysis system,regulate cell apoptosis and iron death in ALI/ARDS,so as to alleviate lung injury.This article reviews the role of Wnt/β-catenin signaling pathway in the pathogenesis of ALI/ARDS and drug treatment,so as to provide new directions and strategies for clinical treatment of ALI/ARDS.
