中医治疗艾滋病皮肤瘙痒的临床效果

摘要
目的 观察分析中医治疗艾滋病瘙痒性皮疹患者的临床效果.方法 选取甘肃省临夏市确诊的100例伴有皮肤瘙痒的艾滋病患者为研究对象,根据患者治疗意愿,并结合组间基线资料均衡可比原则分为对照组和观察组,每组各50例.对照组采用西药抗过敏治疗,观察组采用中医治疗,比较两组患者临床效果.结果 治疗前,两组患者CD4细胞水平差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,两组患者CD4 细胞水平均升高,并且观察组患者CD4 细胞水平高于对照组,但组间差异无统计学意义(P>0.05).采用中医治疗的观察组患者痒疹治疗总有效率为 96.00%,高于对照组的 74.00%,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论 中医治疗艾滋病瘙痒性皮疹患者的临床效果优于西药抗过敏治疗.
Abstract
Objective To observe and analyze the clinical effect of integrated traditional Chinese and Western medicine on pruritus of AIDS.Methods A total of 100 AIDS patients with pruritus were selected from Linxia city,Gansu province.They were divided into control group(50 cases)and Observation Group(50 cases).The control group was treated with Western medicine and the observation group was treated with traditional Chinese medicine.The clinical effects of the two groups were compared.Results Before treatment,there was no significant difference in the level of CD4 cells between the two groups(P>0.05),but after treatment,the level of CD4 cells increased in both groups,and the level of CD4 cells in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,but the difference was not significant(P>0.5).The total effective rate of the observation group was 96.00%,which was higher than that of the control group(74.00%,P<0.05).Conclusion The clinical effect of traditional Chinese medicine is better than that of Western medicine in treating pruritus of AIDS.
