摘要
目的 观察分析早期肠内营养护理对重症患者热卡达标率及喂养不耐受的影响.方法 选择2022年5月-2023 年 5 月医院收治的 80 例重症患者作为研究对象,根据组间基线资料均衡可比原则分为对照组和观察组,每组各40 例.对照组给予常规营养支持,观察组实施早期肠内营养护理措施.比较两组患者 4d、7d的热卡摄入达标率、7d热卡摄入达标率≥65%的情况以及喂养不耐受症状总发生率.结果 营养护理干预后,两组患者 4d的热卡摄入达标率差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);观察组患者7d的热卡摄入达标率显著高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).早期肠内营养护理的观察组患者 7d的热卡达标率≥65%的例数为 29 例,占总观察例数的比率为 72.50%,而对照组为20例,占比为50.00%,组间比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).观察组患者喂养不耐受症状的总发生率为12.50%,低于对照组的 37.50%,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论 早期肠内营养护理对重症患者的应用效果良好,不仅可以有效提高患者的热卡达标率,还可以改善患者的喂养不耐受症状.
Abstract
Objective To investigate the effect of early enteral nutrition(en)nursing on calorie attainment rate and feeding intolerance in severe patients.Methods a total of 80 critically ill patients admitted to our hospital from May 2022 to May 2022 were 2023.According to the principle of balanced and comparable baseline data,they were divided into control group and observation group,with 40 patients in each group.The control group was given routine nutritional support,and the observation group was given early enteral nutrition nursing,the rate of reaching the standard of caloric intake on the 4th and 7th day,the rate of reaching the standard of caloric intake≥65%on the 7th day,and the total incidence of feeding intolerance were compared between the two groups.Results After nutritional nursing intervention,there was no significant difference between the two groups in the percentage of reaching the standard of calorie intake on the 4th day(P>0.05),but the percentage of reaching the standard of calorie intake on the 7th day in the Observation Group was significantly higher than that in the control group,the difference was significant(P<0.05).In the early enteral nutrition nursing group,29 cases(72.50%)reached the target of calorie≥65%in 7 days,compared with 20 cases(50.00%)in the control group,the difference was significant(P<0.05).The total incidence of feeding intolerance in the observation group was 12.50%,which was lower than that in the control group(37.50%,P<0.05),the difference was significant(P<0.05).Conclusion early enteral nutrition nursing has a good effect on severe patients,not only can effectively improve the calorie compliance rate,but also can improve the symptoms of feeding intolerance.
