清宫正骨弯腰挺立手法治疗骶髂关节紊乱的临床疗效观察

摘要
目的 探讨清宫正骨弯腰挺立手法治疗骶髂关节紊乱的临床效果.方法 选取2021年9月-2023年6月医院收治的骶髂关节紊乱患者60例作为研究对象,根据组间基线资料均衡可比原则分为观察组和对照组,每组各30例.观察组采用清宫正骨弯腰挺立手法治疗,对照组采用普通针刺联合布洛芬缓释胶囊,比较两组患者的临床疗效.结果 采用清宫正骨弯腰挺立法治疗后,观察组患者的总有效率为 93.33%,显著高于对照组的 63.33%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).治疗前,两组患者VAS、ODI、JOA评分差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,两组患者VAS、ODI评分均下降、JOA评分均升高,但观察组患者VAS、ODI评分均低于对照组,JOA评分高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论 清宫正骨弯腰挺立手法治疗骶髂关节紊乱效果较好,能更好地缓解疼痛,且该手法方法简单、疗效明显,无不良反应.
Abstract
Objective To explore the clinical effect of the manipulation of clearing the uterus,setting the bones,bending the waist and standing upright in the treatment of sacroiliac joint disorder.Methods 60 patients with sacroiliac disorders admitted to our hospital from September to June of the 20212023 were selected and divided into observation group and control group according to the principle of balanced and comparable baseline data,30 cases in each group.The observation group was treated with Qinggongzhenggu bending and standing up manipulation,while the control group was treated with ordinary acupuncture combined with ibuprofen sustained-release capsule.The clinical effects of the two groups were compared.Results The total effective rate of the treatment group was 93.33%,which was significantly higher than that of the control group(63.33%,P<0.05).Before treatment,there was no significant difference in Vas,ODI and JOA scores between the two groups(P>0.05),but after treatment,VAS,ODI scores decreased and JOA scores increased in both groups,but the VAS and ODI scores were lower and JOA scores were higher in the observation group than in the control group(P<0.5).Conclusion The manipulation of clearing the uterus and setting the bones,bending the waist and standing upright is effective in the treatment of sacroiliac joint dislocation,and it can relieve the pain better.
