摘要
随着年龄的增长,机体的各项功能逐渐减退,且由于老年人的括约肌较松弛,更容易出现大小便失禁.老年人大小便失禁的患病率高、病程长且手术治疗恢复能力弱,这对患者的身心健康和生活质量产生了严重的负面影响,给家人带来了巨大的经济和心理压力.因此,总结失禁的流行病学、诊治现状以及护理相关研究,可为老年失禁相关领域的研究提供思路.
Abstract
Incontinence becomes more common because the body's hormone levels decline with age and older people have looser sphincters.The high prevalence of incontinence in the elderly,the long course of the disease,and the weak recovery ability from surgical treatment have a serious negative impact on the physical and mental health and quality of life of patients,and bring great financial and psychological pressure to family members.This article introduces the epidemiology of urinary and urinary incontinence,the current status of diagnosis and treatment of elderly patients with urinary and urinary incontinence,and nursing related research,in order to provide ideas for future research in the field of geriatric incontinence.
