摘要

糖尿病健康教育是糖尿病治疗和管理的基础.为了提供更简便高效的健康教育模式,通过回顾近年来国内外相关文献,从常见的实施模式分析糖尿病健康教育模式的利弊,对比各种模式在解决现存问题中的优势及不足.分析表明,国内外各类型健康教育模式繁多、各有利弊,而我国尚未形成糖尿病健康教育的共识模式,因此需进一步探索一套符合我国国情的糖尿病个体化健康教育模式.

Abstract

Diabetes health education is the basis of diabetes treatment and management.In order to provide a more convenient and efficient health education model,this article reviews the relevant literature at home and abroad in recent years,analyzes the advantages and disadvantages of diabetes health education models from the aspect of implementation mode,and compares the advantages and disadvantages of each model in solving the existing problems.The analysis shows that there are many types of health education models at home and abroad,and each has its advantages and disadvantages.However,the consensus model of diabetes health education has not been formed in China.Therefore,it is necessary to further explore a set of diabetes individualized health education models in line with China's national conditions.
