集束化护理在危重症患者失禁相关性皮炎预防和治疗中的应用进展

摘要
失禁相关性皮炎(IAD)是一种发生在特定条件下的皮肤炎症性疾病,临床表现为皮肤发红、有水疱、糜烂等.IAD在危重症患者中的发生率较高,危害较大,会延长患者住院时间,影响其康复进程,不仅给患者带来痛苦,也会增加家庭的经济负担.因此,在临床上对IAD的护理是一个非常重要的环节.现结合集束化护理模式相应的护理流程,分析集束化护理在IAD患者中应用效果,以为IAD患者的集束化护理提供参考.
Abstract
Incontinent-associated dermatitis(IAD)is an inflammatory skin disease that occurs under certain conditions.Its clinical manifestations are redness,blisters,erosion and so on.IAD has a high incidence in critically ill patients,which will lead to the prolonged hospitalization time of patients,affect their rehabilitation process and increase medical expenses,which will not only bring pain to patients,but also increase the economic burden of families.Therefore,nursing care of IAD is a very important link in clinic.Combined with the corresponding nursing process of clustered nursing mode,this paper analyzes the effect of cluster nursing in patients with IAD,and provides reference for cluster nursing of IAD in the future.
