摘要
髋关节置换术后患者的出院准备工作是临床护理实践中值得关注的重要问题.对髋关节置换术后患者进行出院准备度评估,有助于护理人员了解患者的护理需求并提供有针对性的出院指导,改善患者髋关节功能和提高生活质量,降低并发症发生率和再入院率.因此,总结髋关节置换术后患者出院准备度的评估工具、影响因素以及出院前、出院时、出院后不同时段出院准备度的措施,可为临床实践提供借鉴.
Abstract
It is an important issue in clinical nursing practice to prepare patients for discharge after hip replacement.The assessment of discharge readiness of patients after hip replacement can help nurses understand the nursing needs of patients and provide targeted discharge guidance,improve the hip function and quality of life of patients,and reduce the incidence of complications and readmission rate.Therefore,summarizing the evaluation tools,influencing factors,and measures for discharge readiness of patients after hip replacement surgery before,during,and after discharge can provide reference for clinical practice.
