中医外治法单独或联合治疗肩周炎疗效的网状Meta分析
A network Meta-analysis on the effectiveness of traditional Chinese medicine external treatment alone or in combination for the treatment of shoulder periarthritis

摘要
目的 中医外治法治疗肩周炎手法多样,但缺少外治法治疗效果的网状比较.采取网状Meta分析的方法比较12种常见中医外治法治疗肩周炎的总体有效率.方法 计算机检索相关数据库,检索时限为建库至2023年11月31日.由2位研究者按照纳入排除标准获取相关文献并导入到RevMan5.4软件,采用Cochrane手册进行质量学评价.采用Stata MP 17.0软件内置的以下两个指令包(network、mvmeta)对纳入文献进行网状Meta分析.结果 最终纳入47篇文献,共5385例患者,涉及12种干预措施.网状Meta分析结果表明,总体有效率电针+推拿＞温针灸+拔罐＞温针灸+推拿＞针刀+推拿＞针刺+推拿＞热敏灸＞针刀＞针刺+拔罐＞温针灸＞推拿＞针刺＞电针.结论 中医外治法治疗肩周炎总体有效率最高的治疗手段是电针+推拿.
Abstract
Objective The treatment methods of traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)for adhesive capsulitis are diverse,and there is a lack of network comparison of the therapeutic effects of external treatments.This study adopts a network Meta-analysis method to compare the overall efficacy of 12 common external TCM treatments for adhesive capsulitis.Methods Relevant databases were searched using a computer,with the search period from the establishment of the database to October 31,2023.Two researchers obtained relevant literature based on inclusion and exclusion criteria and imported them into RevMan 5.4 software,and quality assessment was conducted according to the Cochrane Handbook.The network Meta-analysis of the included literature was conducted using the two command packages(network,mvmeta)built into Stata MP 17.0 software.Results A total of 47 articles involving 5,385 patients and 12 interventions were finally included.The inconsistency test showed good closure,and a network Meta-analysis was conducted under the consistency model.The results of the network Meta-analysis showed that in terms of overall efficacy,the order of preference was:electroacupuncture+tuina＞warm acupuncture+cupping therapy＞warm acupuncture+tuina＞needle-knife therapy+tuina＞acupuncture+tuina＞thermal moxibustion＞needle-knife therapy＞acupuncture+cupping therapy＞warm acupuncture＞tuina＞acupuncture＞electroacupuncture.Conclusion The preferred treatment for overall efficacy is electroacupuncture+tuina.
