通经调脏推拿法联合穴位贴敷对老年2型糖尿病护理质量及预后效果的影响

摘要
目的 探析通经调脏推拿法联合穴位贴敷对老年2型糖尿病(T2DM)患者的护理干预效果.方法 以2021年1月-2022年12月医院收治的126例老年T2DM患者为研究对象,根据组间性别、年龄、病程均衡可比的原则采用随机数字表法分对照组与观察组,每组63例.对照组患者接受常规护理及穴位贴敷干预,观察组患者在对照组基础上联合通经调脏推拿干预.比较两组患者血糖水平、胰岛素功能.结果 护理干预后,两组患者空腹血糖(FPG)、餐后2h血糖(2hPG)、糖化血红蛋白(HbA1c)水平均降低,但观察组低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05).护理干预后,两组患者空腹胰岛素(FINS)、胰岛素抵抗指数(HOMA-IR)均升高,但观察组高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05).结论 针对老年T2DM患者实施通经调脏推拿法与穴位贴敷联合干预,不仅可对患者血糖指标进行有效控制,还可对胰岛素功能进行优化,发挥显著干预效果.
Abstract
Objective To explore the nursing effect of Tongjing regulating Zang massage combined with acupoint application on elderly patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus(T2DM).Methods 126 elderly T2DM patients admitted to the hospital from January 2021 to December 2022 were selected as the study objects,and were divided into control group and observation group by random number table method,with 63 cases in each group.The control group received routine nursing and acupoint application intervention,the observation group combined with the control group on the basis of the massage intervention.Blood glucose level and insulin function were compared between the two groups.Results After intervention,the levels of fasting blood glucose(FPG),2h postprandial blood glucose(2hPG)and HbAlc were decreased in 2 groups,but the observation group was lower than the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P＜0.05).Fasting insulin(FINS)and insulin resistance index(HOMA-IR)were increased in both groups,but observation group was higher than control group,the difference was statistically significant(P＜0.05).Conclusion For elderly T2DM patients,the combined intervention of massage and acupoint application can not only effectively control the blood glucose index of patients,but also optimize the insulin function,and play a significant intervention effect.
