体外冲击波穴位促通治疗偏瘫肩痛的研究进展

摘要
偏瘫肩痛是脑卒中患者常见的临床表现,常常影响偏瘫患者患侧的运动功能,也给偏瘫患者患侧的恢复带来了阻碍,同时降低了患者的生活质量及日常生活能力.对于偏瘫患者肩痛的康复治疗,临床上多采用综合的治疗方法,目前国内对于治疗偏瘫肩痛开展了大量的临床研究,尤其对体外冲击波的治疗是近些年研究的重点.通过对偏瘫肩痛发病机制以及体外冲击波穴位促通治疗偏瘫患者患侧肩痛的研究进展进行综述,以期为临床治疗偏瘫肩痛提供参考.
Abstract
Hemiplegic shoulder pain is a common clinical manifestation in stroke patients,which often affects the motor function of the affected side,hinders the recovery of the affected side,and reduces the patient's quality of life and daily living ability.Shoulder pain in hemiplegic patients has always been a challenging problem for clinical rehabilitation therapists.For the rehabilitation treatment of shoulder pain in hemiplegic patients,comprehensive treatment methods are often used in clinical practice.Currently,domestic therapists have conducted extensive clinical research on the issue of hemiplegic shoulder pain,especially in the treatment of extracorporeal shock waves,which has been a focus of research in recent years.Therefore,this article explores the use of extracorporeal shock wave acupoint stimulation to improve shoulder pain in hemiplegic patients,opening up new ideas for therapists to treat shoulder pain in hemiplegic patients.
