新型肠镜腹带技术在结肠镜检查患者中的应用效果分析

摘要
目的 分析新型肠镜腹带技术对结肠镜检查患者舒适感及检查效率的影响.方法 收集2022年8月-2023年 12 月医院行结肠镜检查的 80 例患者为研究对象,在组间基线资料均衡可比的原则下,依据随机数字表法分为常规组和新型组,每组40例.常规组予以常规肠镜腹带技术进行护理干预,新型组给予新型肠镜腹带技术进行护理干预.比较两组患者检查时间、腹痛程度、检查舒适度.结果 护理干预期间,新型组患者的检查时间比常规组短,腹痛程度比常规组轻,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).新型组患者镜检的舒适率为 95.0%,高于常规组的 75.0%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论 结肠镜检查患者应用新型肠镜腹带技术护理干预,能够明显提高患者舒适感及检查效率,缩短检查时间,降低患者的腹痛程度.
Abstract
Objective To analyze the impact of the new colonoscopy abdominal band technique on the comfort and examination efficiency of patients undergoing colonoscopy.Methods The clinical data of 80 patients who underwent colonoscopy in hospitals from August 2022 to December 2023 were collected as the research subjects.Based on the principle of balanced and comparable baseline data between groups,they were randomly divided into a conventional group and a novel group using a random number table method,with 40 patients in each group.The conventional group received nursing intervention with conventional colonoscopy abdominal belt technique,while the new group received nursing intervention with new colonoscopy abdominal belt technique.Compare the examination time,degree of abdominal pain,and examination comfort between two groups of patients.Results During the nursing intervention period,the examination time of the new group patients was shorter than that of the conventional group,and the degree of abdominal pain was milder than that of the conventional group.The difference between the groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).The comfort rate of the new group patients undergoing endoscopic examination was 95.0%,which was higher than the conventional group's 75.0%,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of the new colonoscopy abdominal belt technology nursing intervention in patients undergoing colonoscopy can significantly improve patient comfort and examination efficiency,shorten examination time,and reduce the degree of abdominal pain.
