人文关怀在手术室单纯美容整形患者护理中的应用效果

摘要
目的 探讨在手术室单纯美容整形患者护理中开展人文关怀护理的临床效果.方法 选择 2022 年 1 月-2024 年 1 月医院收治的 80 例单纯美容整形患者为研究对象,在组间基线资料均衡可比原则的基础上,采用随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组,各 40 例.对照组予以常规手术室护理,观察组在对照组的基础上给予人文关怀.比较两组患者心理弹性评分、依从率、不良事件发生率、护理质量和自护能力评分.结果 两组患者护理干预后,坚韧显著升高,但观察组高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).护理干预后,观察组患者的依从率高于对照组,不良事件总发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).实施人文关怀护理干预后,观察组患者对基础护理、服务态度、手卫生、心理指导、健康教育等护理质量评分高于对照组;观察组患者的自我责任感、自我概念、健康知识水平、自我护理技能等自护能力评分高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论 在手术室单纯美容整形患者的护理中开展人文关怀护理,能够增强患者的心理弹性,提高手术前后的配合度,减少感染等不良事件的发生.
Abstract
Objective To explore the application effect of humanistic care in the nursing of patients with simple cosmetic surgery in the operating room.Methods 80 cases of patients with simple cosmetic surgery admitted to the hospital from January 2022 to January 2024 were selected as the research object.Based on the principle of balanced and comparable baseline data between groups,they were randomly divided into control group and observation group,40 cases in each group.The control group was given conventional operation room nursing,and the observation group was given humanistic care.The psychological resilience scores,compliance rate,incidence of adverse events,and quality of care and self-care ability scores of the two groups were compared.Results After humanistic care,the scores of tenacity,self-improvement and optimism in the two groups were higher than those before nursing,but the observation group was higher than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The compliance rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,and the total incidence of adverse events was lower than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The scores of basic nursing,service attitude,hand hygiene,psychological guidance and health education in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).The scores of self responsibility,self-concept,health knowledge and self-care skills in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of humanistic care can enhance the psychological elasticity of patients with cosmetic surgery,improve the degree of cooperation before and after surgery,reduce the occurrence of adverse events such as infection.
