针对性护理对老年急性心肌梗死经皮冠状动脉腔内成形术加支架植入术治疗的影响

摘要
目的 探讨对经皮冠状动脉腔内成形术(PTCA)加支架植入术治疗的围手术期老年急性心肌梗死患者实施针对性护理的临床效果.方法 选择2019年1月-2021年3月医院收治的56例实施PTCA加支架植入术的急性心肌梗死患者作为研究对象,根据组间基线资料均衡可比的原则,随机分为对照组和观察组,每组 28 例.对照组患者进行常规护理,观察组患者在常规护理的基础上进行针对急性心肌梗死患者专门的护理.观察两组的手术成功率和并发症发生情况.结果 观察组患者经过术前护理和术后护理,除 1 例严重心源性休克在术中死亡外,其余 27 例患者手术全部成功,而对照组6例死亡,观察组患者的手术成功率高于对照组,但组间差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);观察组患者的并发症发生率远低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论 对PTCA加支架植入术围手术期的老年急性心肌梗死患者开展针对性护理可降低并发症发生率,有望提高手术成功率.
Abstract
Objective To explore the clinical effect of targeted nursing for elderly patients with acute myocardial infarction undergoing percutaneous transluminal coronary angioplasty(PTCA)and stent implantation during the perioperative period.Methods Totally 56 patients with acute myocardial infarction who underwent angioplasty and stent implantation in the hospital from January 2019 to March 2021 were selected as the study subjects.According to the principle of balanced and comparable baseline data between groups,they were randomly divided into a control group and an observation group,with 28 patients in each group.The control group patients received routine care,while the observation group patients received specialized care for acute myocardial infarction patients on the basis of routine care.Observe the success rate and incidence of complications in the two groups of surgeries.Results After preoperative and postoperative care,except for one patient who died from severe cardiogenic shock during surgery,all 27 patients in the observation group underwent successful surgery,while 6 patients in the control group died.The success rate of surgery in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,but the difference between the groups was not statistically significant(P>0.05).The incidence of complications in the observation group was much lower than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Targeted nursing care for elderly patients with acute myocardial infarction undergoing PTCA and stent implantation during the perioperative period can reduce the incidence of complications and may improve the success rate of the surgery.
