摘要
目的 观察分析新型负压引流器在术后需持续血浆引流患者中的临床应用效果.方法 收集自贡市第一人民医院 2022 年 3 月-2023 年 4 月收治入院的 90 例需血浆引流的患者作为研究对象,根据组间基线资料均衡可比的原则,采用随机数字表法分为对照组及观察组,每组各 45 例.对照组使用普通负压引流器;观察组采用自行设计新型负压引流器.观察两组患者不良事件发生情况、负压引流管细菌感染情况、护士工作满意度评分及患者焦虑程度.结果 引流后,观察组患者导管脱落事件发生率明显低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组患者导管堵塞、患者自拔事件比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);观察组患者护理满意度明显优于对照组,焦虑程度得分低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察期间,两组患者均未发生负压引流管路细菌感染事件.结论 在术后需持续血浆引流患者中,使用自行设计的新型负压引流器能够减少不良事件的发生,减少医院感染发生率和职业暴露,提升护理服务质量和患者满意度,降低患者治疗期的焦虑情绪.
Abstract
Objective To observe and analyze the clinical application effect of a new negative pressure drainage device in patients who require continuous plasma drainage after surgery.Methods Ninety patients requiring plasma drainage admitted to the First People's Hospital of Zigong City from March 2022 to April 2023 were collected as the research subjects.Based on the principle of balanced and comparable baseline data between groups,they were randomly divided into a control group and an observation group using a random number table method,with 45 cases in each group.The control group used a regular negative pressure drainage device;The observation group used a self-designed new negative pressure drainage device.Observe the occurrence of adverse events,bacterial infections in negative pressure drainage tubes,nurse job satisfaction scores,and patient anxiety levels in two groups of patients.Results After drainage,the incidence of catheter detachment in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no statistically significant difference(P>0.05)in the incidence of catheter blockage and patient withdrawal between the two groups of patients;The nursing satisfaction of the observation group was significantly better than that of the control group,and the anxiety level score was lower than that of the control group,with statistical significance(P<0.05);During the observation period,neither group of patients experienced bacterial infections in the negative pressure drainage tube.Conclusion In patients who require continuous plasma drainage after surgery,the use of a self-designed new negative pressure drainage device can reduce the occurrence of adverse events,decrease the incidence of hospital infections and occupational exposure,improve nursing service quality and patient satisfaction,and reduce patient anxiety during the treatment period.
