中医穴位按摩护理在慢性阻塞性肺疾病急性发作期患者中的应用效果

摘要
目的 探讨中医穴位按摩护理在慢性阻塞性肺疾病急性发作期患者中的应用效果.方法 选取2022年3月-2024年1月医院收治的慢性阻塞性肺疾病急性发作期患者80例作为研究对象.根据组间基线资料均衡可比原则,采用随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组,每组各40例.对照组行常规护理,观察组在对照组基础上结合中医穴位按摩护理.比较两组患者对呼吸道疾病认知水平、患者治疗依从性及护理满意度和患者生活质量改善情况.结果 护理干预后,观察组患者中病因认识、症状与体征认识、药物认识、病情评估和症状管理等5个方面呼吸道疾病认知水平评分均高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P＜0.05).给予中医穴位按摩护理干预的观察组患者治疗总依从率为90.00％,高于对照组的67.50％;护理满意率为97.50％,高于对照组的75.00％;组间差异均有统计学意义(P＜0.05).护理干预前,两组患者生活质量评分差异无统计学意义(P＞0.05);护理干预后,两组患者生活质量评分均升高,但观察组患者生活质量评分高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P＜0.05).结论 针对慢性阻塞性肺疾病患者进行穴位按摩护理,可显著提高患者对疾病认知水平与治疗依从性,促进护患和谐,改善患者生活质量.
Abstract
Objective To explore the application effect of traditional Chinese medicine acupoint massage nursing in patients with acute exacerbation of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease.Methods 80 patients with acute exacerbation of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease admitted to the hospital from March 2022 to January 2024 were selected as the research subjects.According to the principle of balanced and comparable baseline data between groups,the study was divided into a control group and an observation group using a random number table method,with 40 cases in each group.The control group received routine care,while the observation group received traditional Chinese medicine acupoint massage care in addition to the control group.Compare the cognitive level of respiratory diseases,treatment compliance,nursing satisfaction,and improvement in patient quality of life between two groups of patients.Results After nursing intervention,the observation group had higher scores in respiratory disease cognition levels such as etiology awareness,symptom and sign awareness,medication awareness,disease assessment,and symptom management than the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P＜0.05).The total compliance rate of patients in the observation group who received traditional Chinese medicine acupoint massage nursing intervention was 90.00％,which was higher than the control group's 67.50％;The nursing satisfaction rate was 97.50％,higher than the control group's 75.00％;The differences between the groups were statistically significant(P＜0.05).Before nursing intervention,there was no statistically significant difference in the quality of life scores between the two groups of patients(P＞0.05);After nursing intervention,the quality of life scores of the observation group patients increased,but the quality of life scores of the observation group patients were higher than those of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P＜0.05).Conclusion Acupoint massage nursing for patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease can significantly improve their disease awareness and treatment compliance,promote nurse patient harmony,and improve their quality of life.
