风险护理预防连续性血液净化患者下肢深静脉血栓形成的效果分析

摘要
目的 探究风险护理预防连续性血液净化患者下肢深静脉血栓形成的效果.方法 选取2021年3月至2023年4月医院收治的108例接受连续性血液净化患者为研究对象,采用随机数表法分为对照组和观察组,各54例.对照组实施常规护理,观察组在对照组基础上增加风险护理.比较两组患者的下肢静脉血流动力学指标、血液流变学指标、下肢肿胀发生率以及深静脉血栓形成率.结果 护理干预后,两组患者血流动力学指标都升高,血液流变学指标都降低,但观察组患者血流动力学指标、血液流变学指标均优于对照组;观察组患者下肢肿胀发生率以及深静脉血栓形成率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05).结论 风险护理应用于连续性血液净化患者中,能够有效改善血流动力学指标以及血液流变学指标,降低下肢肿胀以及深静脉血栓发生风险.
Abstract
Objective Explore the effect of risk care in preventing lower extremity deep vein thrombosis in patients with continuous blood purification.Methods Select 108 patients who received continuous hemodialysis at the hospital from March 2021 to April 2023 as the research subjects,and divide them into the control group and the observation group using the random number table method,with 54 patients in each group.The control group receives conventional care,while the observation group receives risk nursing in addition to conventional care.Compare the lower extremity venous hemodynamic indicators,hemorheological indicators,lower extremity edema incidence,and deep vein thrombosis incidence between the two groups.Results Before care,the peak blood flow velocity,mean blood flow velocity,total blood viscosity,whole blood viscosity and plasma viscosity(P＞0.05);after the risk care,the mean blood flow velocity of the two groups were increased,and the mean blood velocity,velocity and plasma viscosity of the two groups were better than those of the control group(P＜0.05).The incidence of lower limb swelling and deep venous thrombosis was lower than that in the control group(P＜0.05).Conclusion Risk care,used in continuous blood purification patients,can effectively improve hemodynamic indicators and blood rheological indicators,and reduce the risk of lower limb swelling and deep vein thrombosis.
