摘要

目的 探讨不同时辰行八段锦锻炼对骨质疏松症患者骨密度的影响.方法 选取2021年6月-2022年12月医院康复医学科收治的骨质疏松症的患者 90 例,根据组间基线资料均衡可比原则分成辰时组、酉时组和对照组,每组各 30 例.对照组给予基础治疗,辰时组在对照组的基础上于辰时行八段锦锻炼;酉时组在对照组的基础上于酉时行八段锦锻炼.6个月后,比较三组患者的骨密度.结果 干预前,三组患者腰椎和股骨近端骨密度T值评分差异无统计学意义(P>0.05).干预后,三组患者腰椎骨密度T值评分差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两两比较结果显示,辰时组和酉时组腰椎骨密度T值评分均高于对照组,酉时组腰椎骨密度T值评分高于辰时组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05).三组患者的股骨近端骨密度T值评分均有改善,但差异无统计学意义(P>0.05).结论 八段锦锻炼可有效改善骨质疏松患者的腰椎骨密度,酉时锻炼效果更佳.

Abstract

Objective To investigate the effect of practicing Eight Section Brocade at different times on bone density in patients with osteoporosis.Methods Ninety patients with osteoporosis admitted to the Rehabilitation Medicine Department of the hospital from June 2021 to December 2022 were selected and divided into three groups based on the principle of balanced and comparable baseline data:Chenshi group,Youshi group,and control group,with 30 patients in each group.The control group received basic treatment,while the Chenshi group underwent eight dan jin exercises on the basis of the control group during Chenshi;On the basis of the control group,the Youshi group practiced the Eight Section Brocade exercise in Youshi.Six months later,compare the bone density of the three groups of patients.Results Before the intervention,there was no statistically significant difference in the T-score of lumbar spine and proximal femur bone density among the three groups of patients(P>0.05).After intervention,there was a statistically significant difference in the lumbar spine bone density T-score among the three groups of patients(P<0.05);Although there was an improvement in the T-score of bone density in the proximal femur,the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05).The results of pairwise comparison between groups showed that the T value scores of lumbar spine bone density in both the Chenshi and Youshi groups were higher than those in the control group.The T value scores of lumbar spine bone density in the Youshi group were higher than those in the Chenshi group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Eight section brocade exercise can effectively improve lumbar spine bone density in patients with osteoporosis,and Youshi exercise has a better effect.
