辅灸治疗肾阳亏虚型AS的疗效观察

摘要
目的 观察辅灸治疗肾阳亏虚型强直性脊柱炎(ankylosing spondylitis,AS)的临床疗效.方法 将88 例肾阳亏虚型AS患者按照组间性别、年龄、病程均衡可比的原则,采用随机数字表法分为观察组和对照组,每组44例.对照组采用常规罗氏推拿治疗,观察组在对照组的基础上联合辅灸治疗.比较两组患者的视觉模拟量表(VAS评分)、Bath AS疾病活动指数(BASDAI评分)、临床疗效及不良反应发生情况.结果 治疗后,观察组患者治疗总有效率为 97.70%,高于对照组的 81.82%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).双因素方差分析结果显示,两组患者VAS评分随时间逐渐降低,各时点间差异有统计学意义(P时间<0.05);并且治疗后各时点观察组患者的VAS评分低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P组间<0.05).治疗前,两组患者BASDAI评分比较,差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,两组患者BASDAI评分均降低,但观察组低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).两组患者均未发生明显不良反应.结论 辅灸治疗肾阳亏虚型AS有较好的疗效,能够改善疼痛,缓解临床症状,且不良反应小.
Abstract
Objective To observe the efficacy of assisted moxibustion in the treatment of ankylosing spondylitis(AS)with deficiency of kidney Yang.Methods According to the principle of gender,age and course of disease,88 patients with kidney-yang deficiency type AS were divided into observation group and control group by random number table method,with 44 cases in each group.The control group was treated with conventional Roche massage,and the observation group was treated with adjuvant moxibustion on the basis of the control group.Visual analogue Scale(VAS)score,BathAS disease activity index(BASDAI score),clinical efficacy and adverse events were compared between the two groups.Results After treatment,the total effective rate of observation group was 97.70%,higher than that of control group(81.82%),the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The results of two-factor analysis of variance showed that the VAS score of the two groups decreased gradually with time,and the difference between each time point was statistically significant(P<0.05).The VAS score of the observation group was lower than that of the control group at all time points after treatment,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Before treatment,there was no significant difference in BASDAI score between 2 groups(P>0.05).After treatment,the BASDAI score of both groups was decreased,but the observation group was lower than the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).No obvious adverse reactions occurred in both groups.Conclusion Auxiliary moxibustion is effective in treating AS with kidney Yang deficiency,which can improve pain and relieve clinical symptoms,and the side effects are small.
