摘要
2013 年 12 月,我国住院医师规范化培训(以下简称"住培")全面启动,如今已基本完成制度建设,住培工作转向内涵质量提升环节.住培师资是提升住培质量的关键,高素质的师资队伍是住培发展的动力之源.胜任力源自美国,21 世纪第三次医学教育改革后,国外师资胜任力研究已具有理论基础及实践经验,但当前对住培师资的高胜任力要求和差异化角色使得住培师资面临角色冲突.本研究在角色理论视角下,基于胜任力背景,分析住培师资角色冲突的主要表征及其成因,在此基础上提出相关建议以期为完善相关政策,促进住培师资队伍建设可持续发展提供参考.
Abstract
In December 2013,the standardized training of residents in China(hereinafter referred to as"resident training")was fully launched.Now,the system construction has been basically completed,and the work of resident training has turned to the improvement of connotation quality.Teachers are the key to improve the quality of residential training,and high-quality teachers are the source of motivation for the development of residential training.Competency originates from the United States.After the third medical education reform in the 21 st century,foreign teacher competency research has theoretical basis and practical experience.However,the current high competency requirements and differentiated roles of resident training teachers make resident training teachers face role conflicts.From the perspective of role theory,this study analyzes the main manifestations of the role conflict of resident training teachers and analyzes its causes based on relevant literature at home and abroad.On this basis,relevant suggestions are put forward in order to provide reference for improving relevant policies and promoting the sustainable development of the construction of resident training teachers.
