五行音乐疗法联合穴位按摩护理应用于老年慢性胃炎伴抑郁患者的效果

摘要
目的 探讨五行音乐疗法联合穴位按摩护理应用于老年慢性胃炎(CG)伴抑郁患者的效果.方法 选取2020年10月-2023年10月医院收治的126例老年CG伴抑郁患者为研究对象,结合组间性别、年龄、病程、慢性胃炎严重程度均衡可比的原则,以随机数表法分为对照组和观察组,各63例.对照组给予常规护理+穴位按摩护理,观察组给予五行音乐疗法+穴位按摩护理.观察两组患者的临床疗效、汉密尔顿抑郁量表(HAMD-17评分)、日常生活能力量表(ADL评分)及不良反应情况.结果 治疗后,观察组患者治疗有效率(96.83％)较对照组高(80.95％),差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05);观察组患者HAMD-17评分明显低于对照组,ADL评分明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05);观察组患者不良反应发生率低于对照组(6.35％vs20.64％),差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05).结论 对老年CG伴抑郁患者采用五行音乐疗法联合穴位按摩护理可有效提高患者的治疗效果、改善抑郁程度,提高生活质量,减少不良反应的发生.
Abstract
Objective To explore the effect of five elements music therapy combined with acupoint massage nursing on elderly patients with chronic gastritis(CG)and depression.Methods 126 elderly patients with CG and depression admitted to hospital from October 2020 to October 2023 were selected as the study objects,and were divided into control group and observation group with 63 cases in each group according to the principle of gender,age,course of disease and severity of chronic gastritis.The control group was given routine nursing+acupoint massage nursing,and the observation group was given five elements music therapy+acupoint massage nursing.Clinical efficacy,Hamilton Depression Scale(HAMD-17),Ability of Daily Living Scale(ADL)and adverse reactions of the two groups were observed.Results After treatment,the effective rate of observation group(96.83％)was higher than that of control group(80.95％),and the difference was statistically significant(P＜0.05).HAMD-17 score in observation group was significantly lower than control group,ADL score was significantly higher than control group,the difference was statistically significant(P＜0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions in observation group was lower than that in control group(6.35％vs 20.64％),and the difference was statistically significant(P＜0.05).Conclusion Five elements music therapy combined with acupoint massage nursing can effectively improve the therapeutic effect,improve the degree of depression,improve the quality of life and reduce the occurrence of adverse reactions in elderly CG patients with depression.
