Objective The clinical effect of different concentrations of medical trioxygen on the wound healing of patients after anorectal surgery was observed. Methods A total of 129 patients with perianal necrotizing myofasciitis or low anal fistula or ring mixed hemorrhoids who were admitted to hospitals from January to December 2023 were selected.According to the principle of age, disease course, disease type and other baseline groups, they were divided into groups A,B and C,with 43 cases each. The three groups had the same surgical procedure, and the medical trioxygen concentration in the postoperative treatment was 20,40,and 80 mg/L,respectively.The operative visual analogue pain score(VAS),edema score, and wound healing rate were compared in the three groups. Results The VAS scores between the three groups(P>0.05);the VAS scores between postoperative day 7 and 15,and statistically significant(P<0.05).At 15 days after surgery, the resolution of the edema was most pronounced in patients with moderate concentrations. No edema in the three groups(P>0.05)and postoperative day 15(P<0.05).With the extension of treatment time, the wound healing rate of the three groups was increasing,at the 7,15 and 21 postoperative days(P<0.05).At 21 days after surgery, the group showed good clinical advantage, followed by high concentration, and the effect of low concentration was relatively weak. Conclusion Moderate concentration(40 mg/L)medical trioxygen showed good advantages in wound pain, edema, wound healing rate and clinical efficacy in patients after anorectal surgery, and has a high safety profile.
