论普通话的层级结构

摘要
普及和推广全国通用的普通话一直是我国语言文字的重点工作之一,随着推普工作卓有成效地开展,我国的语言国情出现了新形势、新变化,推普工作也应与时俱进地向精准化迈进.由于当前的各种普通话分类不能满足在普通话推广中的需求,因此,需要针对推普实际对现有普通话细化分类,建立普通话的层级结构.以与标准普通话的交际度为标准,普通话的层级结构由标准普通话、合格普通话、基本普通话和生存普通话组成.这一层级结构的明确,使推普更具针对性、向心层进性和可及性,对精准推普有着重要意义,能够推进推普工作的精准化改革,让新时代的推普工作走上精准之路.
Abstract
Popularizing and promote Mandarin throughout the country has always been one of the key tasks of Chinese language and writing work.With the fruitful development of the work,a new situation and new changes have emerged in popularizing Mandarin and national language conditions.The work of popularizing Mandarin should advance with the times and move toward precision.Since the current classification of Mandarin cannot meet the needs of current Mandarin promotion,it is necessary to refine the classification of existing Mandarin and establish a hierarchical structure of Mandarin according to the actual Mandarin promotion.Based on the degree of communication with standard Mandarin,the hierarchical structure of Mandarin consists of Standard Mandarin,Qualified Mandarin,Basic Mandarin and Survival Mandarin.The clarity of this hierarchical structure makes promote Mandarin more targeted,centripetal and accessible,which is of great significance to accurate promotion of Mandarin and promote the precise reform of this work.What's more important,the work of Promoting Mandarin will on the road of a new era.
