Clinical efficacy of ozone hydrotherapy combined with ozone dressings in the adjuvant treatment of pemphigus
Objective To explore the clinical efficacy of ozone hydrotherapy combined with ozone dressings in the adjuvant treatment of pemphigus. Methods A total of 50 patients with pemphigus who were hospitalized in the dermatology department of the hospital from January 2020 to July 2021 were selected and randomly divided into the control group and the observation group using medical interval randomization meth-od,with 25 cases in each group. The control group was washed with potassium permanganate diluent and trea-ted with Kangfuxin liquid wet compress. The observation group was soaked in ozone hydrotherapy and applied with ozone oil.The clinical efficacy, pemphigus disease area index(PDAI)score, dermatology life quality index(DLQI)score, length of hospital stay, and treatment satisfaction between the two groups were compared.Re-sults The difference in clinical efficacy between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment, the PDAI and DLQI scores of the observation group were lower than those of the control group, and the hospital stay was shorter than that of the control group, with statistical significance(P<0.05).There was significant difference in treatment satisfaction between the two groups(P<0.05).Conclusion The com-bination of ozone hydrotherapy and ozone dressings is a safe and effective adjuvant treatment method for pem-phigus,with high treatment satisfaction.
