To describe the concept,the main content and the main measurement tools of self-manage-ment of cardiovascular disease patients,to explore the advantages and shortcomings of the existing assessment tools of self-management in patients with cardiovascular disease,and to provide a reference basis for the selec-tion of appropriate self-management measurement tools of cardiovascular disease for the clinical medical staff.
