With the development of aging population,the number of elderly patients with osteoporotic fracture has increased dramatically.At present,it has become an important social health problem in China.Surgery is an important treatment for elderly patients with osteoporotic fractures.As a psychological prob-lem,kinesophobia has great harm to postoperative rehabilitation exercise,which affects the rehabilitation effect and later quality of life of patients.On the basis of summarizing the kinesiophobia and its assessment scale,this study reviewed its harm,influencing factors and nursing countermeasures for elderly patients with osteoporotic fractures,in order to provide reference for reducing the occurrence of kinetophobia,promoting early rehabilitation and improving the quality of life of patients.
