Tuberculosis(TB)is caused by the infection of Mycobacterium tuberculosis,and its morbidi-ty and mortality are among the highest among infectious diseases.Vaccines are an important factor in the ef-fective control of TB.In view of the limited preventive effect of BCG on TB in adults,new TB vaccines(espe-cially viral vector vaccines)are of great significance.This article aimed to provide a review of the types,effica-cy and research progress of TB virus vector vaccine.
