The patient-reported outcome measurement information system can help doctors make deci-sions,promote nursing-patient communication and improve patient compliance,which has been widely used in lung cancer clinical practice in Western countries and has become the most valuable tool for evaluating out-come indicators in lung cancer patients.This paper reviewed the current status of the application of patient-re-ported outcome measurement information system for lung cancer patients both domestically and international-ly,aiming to provide reference for clinical nursing research and improve the quality of life of lung cancer pa-tients.The patient-reported outcome measurement information system still has great development potential in the field of lung cancer in China,and it was expected that more practical explorations to promote its true im-plementation and development in China.
