Effect of traditional Chinese medicine characteristic nursing combined with ear acupoint pressing bean in patients with insomnia after ischemic stroke
Objective To explore the effect of traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)characteristic nurs-ing combined with ear acupoint pressing bean on patients with insomnia after ischemic stroke.Methods A to-tal of 82 patients with insomnia after ischemic stroke admitted to Pingdingshan Hospital of Traditional Chi-nese Medicine from January 2022 to January 2023 were selected as the research objects,including 49 male(59.76%)and 33 females(40.24%).According to the random number table method,they were divided into control group and observation group,with 41 cases in each group.The control group was given the interven-tion of ear acupoint pressing bean,and the observation group was given TCM characteristic nursing on the ba-sis of the control group.The clinical efficacy,sleep quality and negative emotions of the two groups were com-pared and analyzed.Results The total effective rate of the observation group was higher than that of the con-trol group(95.12%vs.78.05%),the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The score of Pitts-burgh Sleep Quality Index(PSQI)was lower than those before intervention,and the PSQI of the observation group were lower than those of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The scores of all dimensions of the Chinese version of Depression Anxiety Stress Scale(DASS-21).f the two groups were lower than that before intervention,and the scores of the observation group was lower than that of the control group[(3.21±1.03)score vs.(7.41±1.65)score],and the differences were statistically signifi-cant(P<0.05).Conclusion Traditional Chinese medicine characteristic nursing combined with ear acupoint pressure bean can effectively improve the clinical efficacy of insomnia patients after ischemic stroke,improve sleep quality and reduce the occurrence of negative emotions.
