Primary mediastinal CD20-negative diffuse large B-cell lymphoma:a case report and literature review
The clinical data of one case of primary mediastinal CD20-negative diffuse large B-cell lym-phoma were retrospectively analyzed, and the related literatures were reviewed. One 26-year-old male patient presented with recurrent chest pain for 3 months.Imaging examination showed a large space-occupying lesion in the mediastinum.Postoperative pathological immunohistochemistry showed CD20(-),CD19(+),PAX-5(+),CD3(-),CD5(-),CD10(-),TdT(-),MUM1(+),CD30(individual+),Ki-67(about 60%+),BCL-2(+),C-MYC(10%-20%).After multiple courses of combined chemotherapy, the efficacy was poor, the disease progressed, and he was lost to follow-up.Therefore,CD20-negative diffuse large B-cell lymphoma is highly invasive, difficult to diagnose and treat, and has a poor prognosis.
