同型半胱氨酸与心房颤动相关性的研究进展

心房颤动(AF)是全球最常见的心律失常之一,对人口健康有重大影响。同型半胱氨酸(Hcy)是一种含有巯基的氨基酸,是蛋氨酸和半胱氨酸代谢过程中的中间产物。近年来,越来越多的证据证明了 Hey与AF之间的密切关系,Hcy在AF的发生、发展、预后及其复发中起着重要作用。该文对Hey和AF的流行病学和发病机制及二者之间的关系进行了综述。
Research progress on the correlation between homocysteine and atrial fibrillation
Atrial fibrillation(AF)is one of the most common arrhythmias worldwide and has a signifi-cant impact on population health.Homocysteine(Hcy)is an amino acid containing a thiol group,which is an intermediate product in the metabolism of methionine and cysteine.In recent years,increasing evidence has shown a close relationship between Hcy and AF,and Hey plays an important role in the occurrence,develop-ment,prognosis,and recurrence of AF.The article reviews the epidemiology and pathogenesis of Hey and AF,as well as their relationship.
