食管癌术后胸腔胃心包瘘致心包填塞1例

摘要
回顾性分析2021年2月该院胸外科收治的1例食管癌术后胸腔胃心包瘘患者的病史、临床表现、辅助检查及治疗方式,并复习国内外针对该病的相关报道.探讨其临床特点及治疗模式,以丰富该病的临床资料,总结相关经验,提高临床医生对该病的认识,为胸腔胃心包瘘的诊治提供参考依据.
Abstract
To retrospectively analyze the medical history,clinical manifestations,auxiliary examinations and treatment modalities of a case of thoracogastric pericardial fistula after esophageal cancer surgery admitted to the Department of Thoracic Surgery of our hospital in February 2021,and to review the relevant domestic and international reports on this disease.The clinical features and treatment modalities were discussed to enrich the clinical data of the disease,summarize the relevant experience,improve the clinicians'understanding of the disease,and provide a reference basis for the diagnosis and treatment of thoracogastric pericardial fistula.
