叙事护理在消化道恶性肿瘤患者临床护理中的应用研究进展

摘要
消化道恶性肿瘤是指发生于消化道的恶性肿瘤的总称,包括食管癌、胃癌、结直肠癌、肝癌、胰腺癌.叙事护理是一种从叙事医学中发展而来的具有整体护理理念与人文关怀特点的护理措施.该文就叙事护理在消化道恶性肿瘤患者临床护理中的应用研究进展进行了综述,并提出相关建议,以期为后续护士对消化道恶性肿瘤患者实施叙事护理干预提供依据,为叙事护理干预的进一步完善提供参考.
Abstract
Digestive tract malignant tumor refers to the general term of malignant tumor occurring in digestive tract,including esophageal cancer,gastric cancer,colorectal cancer,liver cancer and pancreatic cancer.Narrative nursing is a kind of nursing measure developed from narrative medicine with the characteristics of holistic nursing concept and humanistic care.This paper reviwed the application research progress of narrative nursing in clinical nursing of patients with digestive tract malignant tumor,and put forward relevant sugges-tions,so as to provide basis for follow-up nurses to implement narrative nursing intervention for patients with digestive tract malignant tumor and provided reference for further improvement of narrative nursing intervention.
