miR-186在宫颈癌中的研究进展

摘要
宫颈癌(CC)作为女性生殖系统中最常见的恶性肿瘤之一,其发生和发展涉及着多种调控机制.微小RNA(miRNA)作为一种非编码RNA,在转录后水平上调节基因的表达并起着重要作用.miRNA-186(miR-186)作为一种重要的miRNA,在CC中的异常表达与细胞的增殖、凋亡、侵袭等过程密切相关,并且在CC细胞对化疗的敏感性中起着调节作用.该文将对miR-186在CC发生和发展中的调控机制研究进展进行综述.
Abstract
Cervical cancer(CC),one of the most common malignant tumors in the female reproductive system,involves various regulatory mechanisms in its occurrence and development.MicroRNA(miRNA),as a type of non-coding RNA,plays an important role in regulating gene expression at the post-transcriptional lev-el.MiRNA-186(miR-186),as an important miRNA,is closely associated with abnormal expression in CC and processes such as cell proliferation,apoptosis,and invasion,and it also plays a role in regulating the sensitivity of CC cells to chemotherapy.In this review,we will summarize the research progress on the regulatory mecha-nisms of miR-186 in the occurrence and development of CC.
