Amyotrophic lateral sclerosis combined with hyperparathyroidism:a case report and literature review
Amyotrophic lateral sclerosis(ALS)is one of the rare neuronal diseases in clinic.The patho-genesis of hyperparathyroidism(HPT)remains to be further studied.Therefore,ALS combined with HPT is more rare,and the rate of missed diagnosis and misdiagnosis is very high,which is easy to delay the patient's condition.This article reported the clinical diagnosis and treatment of one patient with ALS combined with HPT,reviewed the relevant literature,analyzed the common points and easy mixing points between the two diseases,and provided a reference for the clinical diagnosis and treatment of such diseases in the future.
