碳纳米管的血管内皮细胞损伤作用研究进展

碳纳米管作为新型纳米材料,广泛应用于生物医学领域。通过呼吸道、消化道及循环直接接触,碳纳米管均可以接触血管内皮细胞,产生内皮损伤作用。该文综述了影响碳纳米管对内皮细胞损伤作用的因素,梳理了碳纳米管对内皮细胞炎症反应、单核细胞黏附能力、脂质蓄积能力、内皮通透性、血管形成能力、促凝能力等方面的影响。同时,该文总结了动物实验中碳纳米管通过损伤内皮细胞促进动脉粥样硬化斑块形成及血-脑屏障功能损伤,以期为碳纳米管在生物医学领域中的应用提供决策参考。
Research progress on the damage of carbon nanotubes to vascular endothelial cells
Carbon nanotubes as novel nanomaterials,which are widely used in biomedical field.Through the respiratory tract,digestive tract,and circulation,carbon nanotubes can come into contact with vascular en-dothelial cells and damage the endothelial cells.In this paper,the factors effecting the damage of carbon nano-tubes to endothelial cells was reviewed,and the effects of carbon nanotubes on endothelial cell inflammation,monocyte adhesion,lipid accumulation,endothelial permeability,angiogenesis,and pro-coagulant ability were reviewed.Meanwhile,this paper reviewed that carbon nanotubes promote the formation of atherosclerotic plaques and the impairment of blood-brain barrier function by damaging endothelial cells in animal experi-ments,so as to provide a reference for decision-making on the application of carbon nanotubes in biomedical field.
