Hepatic arterial chemoembolization in the treatment of sarcomatoid intrahepatic cholangiocarcinoma:A case report
This paper reported one case patient with sarcomatoid intrahepatic cholangiocarcinoma who was treated with hepatic arterial chemoembolization(TACE)in Zhuhai Hospital Affiliated to Jinan Universi-ty.After the first TACE treatment,the tumor progression was evaluated,and then the treatment plan was ad-justed to TACE combined with PD-1 inhibitor.Currently,the patient is still under regular follow-up.For the treatment of sarcomatoid intrahepatic cholangiocarcinoma,regular follow-up and multidisciplinary treatment are still effective means to improve the prognosis.
