Research progress of fear psychoanalysis and intervention measures for venous blood collection in children
Intravenous blood collection is a common nursing operation in pediatrics,but this operation will bring fear,anxiety and other adverse psychological reactions to children,increase the difficulty of blood collection,and affect the physical and mental health.Therefore,in addition to routine operation techniques,the psychological state of children.In recent years,domestic and foreign scholars have conducted extensive re-search on psychological interventions for venous blood collection in children.This paper reviewed the possible adverse psychological reactions during venous blood sampling in children of different ages,and summarizes the influencing factors of fear psychology.According to the characteristics of children of different ages,nursing staff take effective psychological intervention measures aimed at reducing children's fear and improving the success rate and efficiency of puncture.These research advances provide valuable information for clinical nurs-ing practice and nursing research.
