机械敏感性离子通道蛋白Piezo1与临床疾病相关性的研究进展

摘要
Piezo1蛋白作为一种与机械应力刺激信号密切相关的新型机械敏感性离子通道,在响应机械刺激和运动效应方面作用显著.该蛋白在机体的器官和组织中分布广泛、作用较大,自被发现以来,受到了学界的广泛关注.大量科学研究表明,Piezo1在血管、神经、骨骼、免疫、肿瘤等疾病的治疗方面均具有重要意义.该文对Piezo1生物学特性及其与临床疾病的相关性进行综述,为临床相关疾病的发病机制、诊断、治疗和预后监测研究提供了新的思路和展望.
Abstract
Piezo1 protein,as a novel mechanosensitive ion channel closely related to mechanical stress stimulation signals,plays a significant role in responding to mechanical stimulation and motion effects.This protein is widely distributed in the organs and tissues of the body,and has been widely concerned by the aca-demic community since its discovery.A number of highly successful scientific studies have shown that Piezo1 has important implications for the treatment of vascular,neurological,skeletal,immune,tumor and other dis-eases.Therefore,this paper reviewed the biological characteristics of Piezo1 and its correlation with clinical diseases,which provides new ideas and prospects for the study of the pathogenesis,diagnosis,treatment and prognosis monitoring of clinically related diseases.
