摘要
鞘脂广泛存在于细胞膜,参与细胞信号传导、细胞增殖、迁移、侵袭和细胞凋亡等生物过程.鞘脂及其代谢产物在肿瘤发生发展中扮演着重要角色,包括促进肿瘤细胞增殖、迁移和侵袭,抑制肿瘤细胞凋亡和促进免疫逃逸等.近年来,鞘脂在多种肿瘤中的作用被陆续发现.目前,鞘脂及其代谢产物已成为肿瘤治疗中的研究热点,该文将主要阐述鞘脂及其代谢产物在乳腺癌、卵巢癌、胰腺癌、结直肠癌等肿瘤发生发展中的作用和应用前景.
Abstract
Sphingolipids are widely present in cell membranes and participate in biological processes such as cell signaling,cell proliferation,migration,invasion and apoptosis.Sphingolipids and their metabolites play important roles in the occurrence and development of tumors,including promoting tumor cell prolifera-tion,migration and invasion,inhibiting tumor cell apoptosis and promoting immune escape.In recent years,the role of sphingolipids in a variety of tumors has been found.At present,sphingolipids and their metabolites have become a research hotspot in tumor treatment.This article mainly described the role and application prospect of sphingolipids and their metabolites in the occurrence and development of breast cancer,ovarian cancer,pancreatic cancer,colorectal cancer and other tumors.
