钙化性主动脉瓣疾病(CAVD)是一种常见的获得性瓣膜性心脏病,可能引起心力衰竭和心源性猝死,但目前缺乏有效的干预措施预防或减缓CAVD。最近的研究发现,脂蛋白a[Lp(a)]与CAVD的发生和发展密切相关。该文对Lp(a)与CAVD的相关作用机制、临床研究及可能的治疗靶点进行了综述,旨在增进对Lp(a)与CAVD的临床预防和治疗的理解。
Research progress of lipoprotein a and calcific aortic valve disease
Calcific aortic valve disease(CAVD)is a common acquired valvular heart disease that may cause heart failure and sudden cardiac death.However,there is currently no effective interventions to prevent or slow down the CAVD.Recent studies have found that lipoprotein a[Lp(a)]is closely related to the occur-rence and development of CAVD.This article reviews the mechanism,clinical research,and potential therapeu-tic targets of Lp(a)and CAVD,in order to improve the understanding of the clinical prevention and treatment of Lp(a)and CAVD.
