摘要
慢性阻塞性肺疾病(慢阻肺)是最常见的慢性呼吸系统疾病之一,严重危害人民群众的生命健康和生活质量,给患者及家庭和社会带来沉重负担.针对慢阻肺高危人群加强健康教育及管理,实施合理、有效的预防措施是防控慢阻肺的重要手段,既可降低高危人群慢阻肺发病风险,又可减少不必要的医疗消耗,节约社会资源.该文就慢阻肺高危人群的健康管理进展进行了综述.
Abstract
Chronic obstructive pulmonary disease(COPD)is one of the most common chronic respira-tory diseases,which seriously threatens people's life,health and quality of life,and imposes a heavy burden on the patients as well as their families and society.Strengthening health education and management for people at high risk of developing COPD and implementing reasonable and effective preventive measures are important means of preventing and controlling COPD,which can not only reduce the risk of developing COPD in high-risk groups,but also reduce unnecessary medical consumption and save social resources.This article reviews the progress of health management in COPD high-risk population.
