Application of online live broadcasting combined with feedback teaching method in pregnant women's school
Objective To explore the application effect of online live broadcasting combined with feed-back teaching method in pregnant women's school.Methods A total of 584 pregnant women who underwent antenatal examination and delivery in this hospital from January 2019 to August 2022 were selected as the re-search subjects.Among them,308 pregnant women who underwent antenatal examination and delivery from January 2019 to August 2021 were assigned to the control group,and 276 pregnant women who underwent an-tenatal examination and delivery from September 2021 to August 2022 were assigned to the experimental group.The control group received health education through the traditional pregnant women's school mode,while the experimental group received health education through online live broadcasting combined with feed-back teaching method.The attendance,course satisfaction,health education effect,and self-efficacy in child-birth were evaluated and compared between the two groups.Results The experimental group showed better performance than the control group in terms of attendance frequency,self-efficacy in childbirth,and satisfac-tion with practical courses,with statistically significant differences(P<0.05).No significant difference was found in satisfaction with theoretical courses between the two groups(P>0.05).The health education effect of the experimental group was higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically signif-icant(P<0.05).Conclusion Online live broadcasting combined with feedback teaching method can improve pregnant women's participation in health education and their self-efficacy in childbirth,but the learning effect and satisfaction still need to be improved.
