摘要
该文总结1例难治性支原体肺炎合并坏死性肺炎患儿的护理经验.主要内容包括:儿童支气管镜护理、药物护理、气道管理、发热护理、并发症预防与护理、儿童医疗辅导下的心理护理、中医护理、出院管理.该患儿为学龄期儿童,病情重、住院时间长、花销费用高、家属焦虑、依从性差,若得不到有效的治疗和护理,可能会累及各种脏器进一步损害,甚至导致死亡.经过医、护、患三方共同努力、积极治疗、精心护理38 d后,患儿好转出院,后期随访1个月左右,患儿肺部功能情况恢复良好.
Abstract
This article summarizes the nursing experience of a child with refractory Mycoplasma pneu-monia complicated with necrotizing pneumonia.The main content includes:pediatric bronchoscopy care,medi-cation care,airway management,fever care,prevention and nursing of complications,psychological care under pediatric medical counseling,traditional Chinese medicine nursing,and discharge management.The child was a school-age child with severe illness,long hospitalization time,high medical expenses,anxiety among family members,and poor compliance.Without effective treatment and nursing,the condition could potentially affect various organs,causing further damage or even death.Through the concerted efforts of doctors,nurses,and the child and his family,after 38 days of active treatment and meticulous nursing,the child's condition im-proved and was discharged from the hospital.Follow-up examinations approximately one month later showed good recovery of lung function.
