摘要

健康教育的目的之一是促进健康相关行为的转变,健康行动过程取向(HAPA)理论解释了行为改变的过程,为行为改变的干预提供了理论框架.该文对HAPA理论的内涵、特点、在护理健康教育中的应用进行综述,以期增加护理人员对HAPA理论的认识,推动该理论在护理健康教育中的应用,为促进患者的行为改变提供依据.

Abstract

One of the goals of health education is to promote the transformation of health-related be-haviors.The Health Action Process Approach(HAPA)theory explains the process of behavior change and provides a theoretical framework for interventions aimed at behavior change.This article reviews the connota-tion,characteristics,and application of HAPA theory in nursing health education,aiming to increase nurses understanding of HAPA theory,promote its application in nursing health education,and provide a basis for promoting behavior change in patients.
