蛋白酶体β5亚基(PSMB5)作为26S蛋白酶体的核心组成部分,在调控蛋白质降解及细胞周期中扮演着关键角色,其异常表达与多种肿瘤类型的发展密切相关。该文综述了蛋白酶体结构与功能,PSMB5与肿瘤发生、发展及药物耐药性之间的联系,并探讨了针对PSMB5的潜在治疗策略。针对PSMB5的研究不仅可以帮助临床预测肿瘤治疗效果,还可以为患者提供更加精确和有效的治疗方案。
Research progress of PSMB5 and tumor
As a core component of the 26S proteasome,PSMB5 plays a key role in regulating protein degradation and cell cycle,and its abnormal expression is closely related to the development of multiple tumor types.This review reviewed the structure and function of proteasomes,the relationship between PSMB5 and tumorigenesis,development and drug resistance,and discussed potential therapeutic strategies for PSMB5.The study of PSMB5 can not only help predict the effect of tumor treatment,but also provide patients with more precise and effective treatment plans.
