Comprehensive nursing intervention for children with primary erythromelalgia
To summarize the nursing experience of six children with primary erythematous limb pain.The nursing points include reducing the local temperature of the affected limb and relieve pain,paying atten-tion to rest and maintain a comfortable position,avoiding triggering factors and preventing the onset of symp-toms,strengthening local medication and control infections,ensuring adequate intake and strengthening per-sonal hygiene,paying attention to complications and promptly detecting changes in the condition,strengthe-ning drug management to ensure medication safety,implementing psychological care,and providing emotional support,etc.After multidisciplinary collaborative diagnosis and treatment led by nursing,four out of six pedi-atric children had good outcomes,one child was transferred to another hospital for further treatment due to social factors,and one child's upper limb symptoms were significantly relieved,but lower limb symptoms re-mained significant.
